ICD-10-CM Neoplasm Table
Find the anatomical site down the left, then read across to the column matching the behaviour documented by pathology. Site alone does not determine the code. 1,822 entries, FY2027.
Getting the behaviour wrong produces a valid but wrong code
The behaviour column must come from the pathology report, not from assumption. Choosing Malignant Primary where the record says secondary — or vice versa — produces a valid code that describes the wrong disease.

A trailing dash on a code means further characters are required — verify it in the Tabular List before reporting. The Neoplasm Table is a finding aid; the Tabular List is authoritative. Data sources
