Built from the official CDC/NCHS FY2027 files: 98,403 codes (74,879 billable). Change classification reconciles to the official addenda — 190 additions, 30 billable deletions (15 subdivided, 15 retired), 6 header deletions, 4 revisions.

Release cadence
ICD-10-CM updates twice a year — the major update on October 1, which defines the fiscal year, and a possible secondary update on April 1. Each is ingested and recorded here. Because code selection is driven by date of service, superseded codes are not deleted from the site.
